Don’t you just love it when the best lures are also the cheapest.

Red spots on lures are supposed to trigger predatory actions I’ve heard. Who knows. Sounds like something else we can test. Love it.

Over the years the best Trout lure in my river is a 3cm white grub which out fishes everything else. Tried it in Scotland and Pollack and Schoolies smashed it. Best part is they are about 3p each on Temu.

Interesting to hear that mate. Pink definitely performs well in some conditions. Not al conditions though. In Shallow water and clear bright conditions we couldn’t catch a thing on pink.

I used to go st8 for white. Untill i caught my pb 72cm on pink. Pink consistantly picks up better fish down here in soutj wales for me

It was a slow drift. 0.5kts II Spose. We will test it again in future videos on a big spring tide and also at slack water. See if it makes any difference. Any thoughts?

Well across the tide your always in contact with the lure making it swim as its ment to. How many bait fish do you see swimming against the tide? Its to much energy waisted hey want to grow? With the tide you have to keep up with the lure coming towards you any stop the lure drops leaving slack then you miss it. Fairplay to you to test.
