That’s a fair point, though some manufacturers claim the scent is actually infused into the material itself. 🎣. As you see from the video. I’m not convinced myself either.

I can see how the scent may work to a degree on static baits, but on a lure it surely gets washed off straight away?

Fish flavoured scent is rubbish for LRF, puts the fish right off. Shrimp is your best bet, it'll pick up most fish including bass.

Red spots on lures are supposed to trigger predatory actions I’ve heard. Who knows. Sounds like something else we can test. Love it.
