Yep great lures. What conditions do you find they work best in? Also have you tried the fiiiish crazy paddletails. I prefer them to the black
Minnows because they don’t have the tricksy weedless hook
Connecting mechanisms which I find a bit fiddly sometimes. Anyone else found that?

I’ve never tried at anchor and only use on the drift. But I’m sure they do work from a tragic position provided tide isn’t running too hard. Key is to maintain as vertical angle as possible. In a strong tide at anchor the slow pitched jigs won’t work as well I expect. Others may have some better ideas. Feel free to share thoughts. They all should find their way into the database on our website which provides a nice resource for all anglers to search and share information.

@BassLureFish They are used for shallow water tralling mostly in lakes for Zander, they allow you to trall taking your line out to the sides away from your prop. when a fish takes they release and slide down your line to the start of your trace. You can fish up to 3 lines each side

Hi Steve. It’s only 3m of water and with a 40g jig head it gets down the the bottom pretty quick. But agree re getting to bottom first.

I notice you seem to fish the lure high up in the water, where I tend to hit the smaller fish. Not sure your depth of water there, but do you ever hit bottom first?

Its been my no.1 colour for approx 90% of bass captures.
Is it because most prey fish have white ish bellies?
