What we tested
Both rod-and-reel setups were fished in the same broad conditions, with casting, sensitivity, lure control and fighting fish compared on the water.
What this session suggests
Premium tackle can improve feel, control and experience without making cheap tackle incapable of catching fish.
What this does not prove
This is a practical field comparison, not a durability or engineering test. Long-term corrosion resistance and component life need time to assess.
Why we publish the limitations
Sea bass fishing is a field environment, not a laboratory. Tide, water clarity, light, prey, fish movement and angler execution can all change during a session.
