A useful starting approach
Start with a controlled retrieve and adjust the depth before changing colour. When fishing from a boat, current, drift speed and line angle affect where the lure travels. Keep a record of the depth and retrieve that produce takes.

Only the larger V2 is heavier. Renaissance V1 is listed at 18g and 14cm. Renaissance V2 offers 16g at 10cm and 26g at 13cm. Choose the actual weight and hook configuration rather than the version number alone.
